組織・チームのミッション

私たちPartner Supportチームはメルカリやメルペイ、メルカリShopsにおける、加盟店のサポートおよびカスタマーエクスペリエンスの設計、運営を担う組織です。本チームは主にメルペイの加盟店さまに対する審査、カスタマーエクスペリエンスを維持しながら、オペレーションの効率性を高めるための戦略を策定し、実行します。また、開発部門や、リスク・コンプラインス部門との協業を推進し、カスタマーの手間を減らすための包括的なアプローチを検討、実行し、更なるカスタマーエクスペリエンスの向上とビジネスの成功に貢献します。

業務内容

• 加盟店審査、管理、問い合わせ対応
• 四半期毎のチーム目標およびKPIの推進
• 5人以上のチームメンバーの生産性・品質、及び勤怠の管理・監督
• 障害発生時の社内外のコミュニケーション
• オペレーションに関するリスクアセスメント
• オペレーションの現場に入り込んだ運用課題特定と改善
• オペレーションに関するプロジェクトの管理と推進

• 求める経験・スキル

  • 個人事業主や法人審査業務などの実務経験3年以上
  • リスクマネジメント（重要なクレーム、エスカレーション対応を含む）
  • 課題形成から解決策を自身で推進した経験(自社/BPO不問)
  • 論理的に思考しデータドリブンで分析、業務改善を行った経験
  • 利害関係者問わず適切なコミュニケーションを実行できる方　

• 歓迎する経験・スキル

  • Fintech業界（電子マネー、カード決裁など）における業務経験
  • 審査領域における不正対策や新規オペレーション構築、改善を推進した経験
  • 課題解決における上流部門との調整かつ折衝を円滑に推進した経験
  • 業務稼働管理、業務委託先管理経験

• 語学力

  • 日本語：Proficient(CEFR – C1)必須
  • 英語：Basic(CEFR – A2)歓迎

Organization/Team Mission

The Partner Support Team serves to provide support for merchants, and designs and implements the customer experience for Mercari, Merpay, and Mercari Shops. The Partner Support Team primarily screens merchants for Merpay, and also devises and implements strategies to improve the efficiency of operations while maintaining the customer experience. The team also promotes collaboration between the engineering division and the risk/compliance division, designs and implements comprehensive approaches that improve user convenience, and further contributes to improving the customer experience and the success of the business.

Work Responsibilities

• Screen and manage merchants and handle merchant inquiries
• Promote quarterly team goals and KPIs
• Manage and oversee productivity, quality, and attendance for a team of at least 5 people
• Communicate internally and externally to report system issues
• Conduct risk assessment of operations
• Identify and improve operational issues occurring in operations
• Manage and promote projects related to operations  

Unique Challenges

• Propelled by Mercari’s mission to circulate all forms of value to unleash the potential in all people, you will be involved in making improvement proposals and implementing measures based on contact data from the customer service division, which is our direct point of contact with users.
• You will also have the opportunity to influence the direction of the customer service team from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, and devise strategies for the entire organization.

Qualifications

• Required Experience/Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in screening operations for individual business owners or corporations
  • Experience in risk management (including handling large complaints and escalation cases)
  • Experience independently identifying problems and implementing solutions (either in-house or BPO)
  • Experience thinking logically and analyzing matters in a data-driven way to implement work improvements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders　

• Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Professional experience in the fintech industry (electronic money, card payments, etc.)
  • Experience creating anti-fraud measures and new operations in the auditing sector and implementing improvements
  • Experience smoothly coordinating and negotiating with upstream departments to solve problems
  • Experience managing operational workload and outsourced service providers

• Language requirements

  • Japanese: Proficient (CEFR - C1) required
  • English: Basic (CEFR - A2) preferred
