NIKA is hiring for an Office Assistant to support the Base Operations (BOS) Contract at Wright – Patterson AFB, Ohio.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Enters data into Preventive Maintenance and Work Request systems per contract requirements.
Assists with material orders including receiving or picking-up materials and filing documentation using government systems and contractor systems as necessary.
Answers phone calls at the Lab shop/office and answers questions, directs
questions to the appropriate personnel, and/or takes messages as
necessary.
Provides Work Request and materials orders status using information available in government and/or contractor systems.
Takes meeting minutes and distributes for review/approval for meeting per contract requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in computer data entry and document filing (hard-copy and electronic files).
