Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst IV with expertise in Salesforce to join our client"s team in San Ramon, California, remotely. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and document business processes, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects within a dynamic environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop clear and comprehensive business requirement documents to guide system analysis and development.
• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks effectively.
• Conduct gap analyses to evaluate differences between current and desired states of business processes.
• Facilitate and participate in AB testing to validate functionality and ensure quality.
• Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions efficiently.
• Support CRM-related functions, ensuring the system meets business needs and enhances customer interactions.
• Provide expertise in claim administration processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into technical solutions.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce-related projects.
• Proficiency in tools like Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in enhancing business processes.
• Expertise in conducting gap analyses and developing actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with AB testing methodologies to validate system functionality.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum environments.
• Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and process documentation.
• Knowledge of claim administration processes and their application in business solutions.
