About the Role:
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll be responsible for generating new business, qualifying clients, and guiding them through the mortgage process from start to finish. You'll assist clients with purchasing homes or refinancing their existing properties, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a smooth experience throughout.
What We're Looking For:
License is required
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage lending
Experience with government and agency loans
Strong ability to follow loan protocols and processes
Comfortable using computers and loan operating systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and support staff
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality customer service
Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction
