What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches.
Identify and establish new partnership opportunities through company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer outreach.
Stay up-to-date on loan products, underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures to provide expert guidance to clients.
Analyze financial and credit data to match consumers with the right loan programs that fit their needs and risk levels.
Build brand visibility and maintain a strong presence in the market.

What You'll Need:
A valid NMLS GA state license (required).
2+ years of mortgage origination experience with a focus on self-sourced business.
A strong sales background with a proven ability to meet production goals.
Knowledge of FNMA (Fannie Mae), FHLMC (Freddie Mac), FHA, and VA guidelines along with a solid understanding of real estate transactions.
