What You'll Be Doing:
Connect and Build: Prospect for new clients and provide personalized residential mortgage solutions.
Convert Leads to Success: Proactively convert inbound and outbound sales leads into successful loan applications.
Tailor Solutions: Identify clients' financial needs and recommend the best product/rate program combinations.
Achieve and Exceed: Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals.
Guide and Advise: Counsel and advise loan applicants throughout the entire process.
Gather and Organize: Collect necessary information and documents from applicants and other parties.
Navigate the Details: Explain interest rates, points, and fees associated with loans.
Ensure Smooth Closings: Monitor loan application status and coordinate with our team to ensure timely closings.
Provide Expert Support: Answer questions and resolve disputes related to closings.
Network and Educate: Distribute information about our loan products and services to real estate professionals.
Be a Resource: Answer questions from consumers and real estate professionals.
Stay Connected: Attend team meetings and presentations.
Maintain Accuracy: Prepare reports and ensure the accuracy of loan files.
Take on New Challenges: Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Mortgage Expertise: At least 3 years of experience managing and negotiating loans in a fast-paced environment.
Loan Knowledge: Familiarity with loan processing guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
Industry Savvy: Solid knowledge of standard loan practices, documents, and real estate terms.
Market Understanding: Strong understanding of the mortgage market.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
California Residency: Must be based in California (Los Angeles, Ventura County, Santa Barbara, or San Luis Obispo areas preferred).
