Job Description

Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple medical device assemblers for our production team.

In this position, you will be required to manufacture products from start to finish. This include hand assembly, machine operation and performing quality inspections. You must be extremely detail oriented to be successful in this role. We are willing to train the right candidates to complete each process. The job duties involved with this position are very repetitive and physical.

The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be offered. You may be required to work overtime if a project is needing to be completed. We can be somewhat flexible on what your working hours will be based on your availability.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Using a variety of hand and power tools to assemble products and parts
  • Following detailed blueprints and schematics to produce custom items
  • Completing inspections of your and other's work at each stage of the process
  • Performing basic machine operation and learning how to safely operate them
  • Following all safety procedures at all times
  • Working with your team and manager to complete projects effectively
  • Taking on additional job duties and learning new skills
  • Working under a microscope for extended periods of time
  • Completing reports both on the computer and written

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a production environment is preferred but it is not required
  • The ability to follow detailed written instructions
  • Clear communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to type effectively
  • The ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • No formal education is required
