Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Create and schedule content for social media platforms and email newsletters
Help manage and update the company’s website and marketing materials
Support the creation of reports and presentations using marketing data
Maintain marketing calendars, campaign tracking, and budget records
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project delivery
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
