In this role you will be reporting to the Associate Director, Benefits Finance. As the Manager, Benefits Finance, you will play a critical role in the Benefits Finance department within the RTX Controllership organization. This position will be working hybrid/in-person/remote based in or near Farmington, CT. The Benefits Finance department oversees the financial accounting, reporting, funding, and forecasting aspects of the Company's benefits offerings, including active and post-retirement medical, dental, life insurance, disability, and pension benefit programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
