Job Title: Mainframe Developer
Job Location: Lincoln NE.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- An Bachelor’s degree in computer Programming or related discipline is required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in application development with mainframe technologies such as Cobol.
- A strong knowledge in industry standard software design patterns, development principals.
- A strong knowledge in test driven development (TDD) and automated functional testing including tools like UFT, Postman, and Selenium.
- Ability to resolve architectural problems including scalability, performance, reliability, usability & security.
- A strong knowledge of the relationship between software and hardware interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction or as part of a team.
- The ability to clearly communicate complex technical specifications, and a motivation to achieve best-in-class results.
