**We are currently hiring for Machine Operators in Casa Grande, AZ!** **Pay rate:** $20 - $23 per hour. **Location:** Casa Grande, AZ. **Shift:** 6m to 6am condensed schedule working 12 hour shifts rotating working weekends (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off). 6pm to 6am condensed schedule working 12 hour shifts rotating working weekends (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off). **Description** This position is responsible for the set-up, clean-up, and production associated with packing cream cheese products. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production line equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Operate production line equipment including packers, positive pumps, processors, labelers. + Set up labelers, installing heat seals on products, assembling positive pumps. + Inspecting product for adjustments. + Frequent loading of cups into boxers (twisting wrist and gripping). + Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping. + Assist other departments to finish the product at any point of the production line. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Efficiency and quality in packaging operations, including meeting specifications for cup weight, counts, yield, and product codes. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Frequent loading of cups into boxers, requiring wrist twisting and gripping. **Work Environment** Experience working in an 80,000 square foot warehouse with a 24-7 operation. The position involves 12-hour shifts on a 2-week rotating schedule, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a pattern of 2 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 2 days off. **Benefits:** + Sick Time after 90 days. + 401K options. + Room to move up within company. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
