: Logistics Solution Analyst & Operations Job Title: Logistics Solution Analyst & Operations Department: Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Location: Bengaluru Role Summary The Logistics Solution Analyst & Operations role is responsible for designing, analysing, and implementing logistics and supply chain solutions while supporting day-to-day operational excellence. The role involves process optimization, cost analysis, operational coordination, and data-driven decision-making across warehousing and transportation operations. Key Responsibilities Logistics Solution & Analysis Analyse logistics requirements and design optimized solutions for warehousing, transportation. Evaluate current logistics processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and service enhancement. Prepare SOPs, process flows, and solution documents for new and existing clients. Conduct data analysis on freight cost, turnaround time (TAT), fill rate, and operational KPIs. Support commercial teams with solution costing, rate cards, and proposal preparation. Operations Management Coordinate daily logistics operations including warehouse operations, vehicle planning, and dispatch. Monitor vendor and transporter performance and ensure SLA compliance. Support onboarding of new warehouses, routes, transporters, and clients. Resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, shortages, and escalations. Ensure smooth coordination between operations, finance, and customer teams. Process & Performance Management Track and report key operational KPIs (cost, productivity,). Support audits and process reviews. Stakeholder Management Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and logistics partners. Participate in client meetings for solution discussion, performance reviews, and improvement plans. Provide regular MIS and analytical reports to management. Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, and transportation. Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of logistics cost structures and optimization techniques. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Educational Qualification MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Operations is preferred Or Any Degree.
