Responsibilities:

·Customer service Management

The final goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring our Customers satisfaction to be capable to drive a sustainable growth of our business.

·Development of the relationship strategy with internal and external Customers.

·Receiving orders / programs from customers

·Different ways: fax – email – web EDI with customers portals - …

·Processing orders in the defined ways and times

·Inserting data into the company system (SAP)

·Monitoring and direct feedback on any variations / deviations (increase or decrease)

·Respecting delivery terms (outbound logistics – fiscal documentation – relation with custom agent- …)

·Emission of documents related to delivery (delivery note and Invoice)

• Collecting customer details where missing (i.e. shipping address, invoice addressee etc)
• Keeping customer folder on Partage updated (quotations, po, etc)
• Entering sales order confirmations and update them on a weekly bases
• Checking every week what is due for shipment

·organize transport documents in collaboration with the forwarder and transport company

·Interface with the customs office(export)

·Direct feedback on achieved business: feelings / requests / complaints

·Direct feedback on potential business: opportunities

·Responsibility for service quality and customer satisfaction

·Solving exceptional situations in logistics activity

• Issuing delivery note
• Pushing Accountant for the invoice and the custom export document
• Giving the DDT and invoice to the warehouse for material preparation
• Sending invoice to the customer once the material is collected
• Making sure there is no delay in any of above duties

·2-Import :  Permanently be guarantor of the availability of raw materials and other necessary products.

• the information ( all the document related to the delivery)  for the import should be received first from purchasing Italy and TUN , than the carrier send the information to the import service, who should prepare the custom declaration  , than ensure the pick-up on time to not stop production,  once the material is delivered , the warehouse check it , than the warehouse scan the document of the reception and sent them to the accounting to make the entrata.
• 3-Each invoice received ( by mail or directly) should be automatically shared with the accounting
• 4- all the import declaration should be scanned and saved on “the partage “ and physically saved on “ Boite d’archive”, be sure that the transitaire present all the original declaration for each import on 2 copies , one for the custom and one for the plant.
• 5- any purchase with suppliers (free warehouse, Ex, COFICAB...) all simultaneous declarations must be prepared in time and a copy will be communicated with these suppliers
• 6-preparation of the SN declaration with the transitaire .
• 7-ensure the declaration for the return spool empty and reservation of the carrier ( once recieved all the informations from procurement such proforma invoice …) and communicate them to the supplier
• 8-Preparation of the SOUMISSION ( from all the informations received from the procurement dept)

·Respect the company's specific general working procedures (work schedule, punctuality in drafting and delivering reports, etc.)

·9- be the responsible for the WMS implementation (implementation, users training, problem solving..)

·10- be our local referent with the external audit for the logistics part

·Responsible for monitoring the objectives through audits as well as implementing the corrective

·Responsible for drawing up the reports requested by the General Manager, Plant Manager regarding the activity for which he is responsible

Bac+4/5 : Logistics, industrial management..

·2-3 Years in industry

·Good level in english

·KNOWLEDGE OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT(AUTOMOTIVE)

good negotiator, good communicator, autonomous, rigorous, dynamic, good relationship, resistant to stress

·Master computer tools (Excel, macros…)

·sap

·Basic knowledge of 5 S
