Qualifications: Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification in the state of Louisiana. Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. Proven track record of successful operational management, including financial stewardship and compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
