Insurance Sales Agent

Are you a motivated sales professional looking to grow your career in insurance? Our State Farm agency in Whitmore Lake is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This is a salary + commission sales position , ideal for self-driven individuals who enjoy building client relationships and helping customers protect what matters most.

Schedule: In-Office Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm est.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell a variety of insurance products including property & casualty, life, accident & health insurance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to agency growth.

Qualifications:

• Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses (or be willing to obtain both).
• Proven sales experience preferred, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• This is a salary + commission role with unlimited earning potential.
• Typical range from $43,000 - $75,000
• Potential sign-on bonus available for candidates already licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health.
