• Perform a variety of waxing services for clients, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process.

• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to industry protocols.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend products for ongoing skincare.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques to provide the best services possible.

Requirements

• A valid Esthetician license in the state where you are employed.
• Expertise in waxing techniques for both body and facial services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective guest interactions.
• A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Sign-On & Retention Bonus Opportunity (Up to $2,000)
Qualified Wax Specialists may earn up to $2,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses over an 18-month period . Bonus payouts are structured in milestones based on successful onboarding, training completion, and continued active employment. This program is designed to reward commitment, performance, and long-term growth with the company. Terms, timing, and eligibility requirements apply.
