Salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• I am seeking a candidate with 5 to 15 years of experience in cybersecurity or information assurance roles, particularly in support of defense or government systems. A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) is essential. Additionally, you must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. I am looking for someone who is detail-oriented, security-focused, and adept at collaborating with both technical teams and senior leadership. Experience in implementing and managing Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and conducting security impact analyses is also required.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the security posture of classified information systems within DoD environments. You will collaborate with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and Information Security Officer (ISO) to oversee daily cybersecurity operations, manage vulnerability mitigation efforts, and ensure compliance with RMF. Your duties will include coordinating and documenting system security changes, conducting continuous monitoring, and managing configuration activities. You will also conduct audit reviews and security assessments and generate compliance reports for both internal stakeholders and external government agencies.
