As we continue to grow, we are seeking an **Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager** to expand our digital presence and manage partnerships across our affiliate and influencer platforms.
**Role Overview:**
The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager will oversee our affiliate program (Awin network) and influencer collaborations (LTK platform), while cultivating strong relationships with creators and affiliates. This role requires a data-driven, organized, and goal-oriented individual who can execute monthly growth strategies, track performance, and adapt to seasonal shifts in the fashion industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and grow affiliate partnerships via **Awin network**.
* Oversee influencer collaborations and campaigns on **LTK platform**.
* Build and maintain lists of affiliates, influencers, and creators for ongoing partnerships.
* Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and ensure monthly goals are met.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
* Develop seasonal strategies to align with key formalwear trends and sales cycles.
* Ensure brand consistency across all influencer and affiliate content.
* Manage campaign workflows, deadlines, and budgets.
* Utilize **Shopify** data to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
* Work daily with **Google Keep, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Drive** for communication and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or digital marketing (fashion industry a plus).
* Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Awin, LTK, or similar).
* Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
* Proficiency with **Shopify** and Google Workspace tools.
* Experience building and managing influencer/creator relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze reports and adjust strategies.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
