Compensation: $23–$32 per hour
Your shift starts with a quick walk of the production floor—listening for unusual sounds, scanning for alarms, and reviewing work orders. A conveyor has a vibration issue: you diagnose a worn bearing, replace it, and document the repair to keep downtime to a minimum. Later, you swap a motor, adjust a gearbox, and fine‑tune a pneumatic actuator. Between calls, you complete scheduled preventive maintenance, update logs, and make sure every task is done safely and by the book.
You’ll keep critical equipment running, develop broad electromechanical skills, and see the direct impact of your work on safe, efficient, continuous production.
