Delta Workforce is hiring a 1st shift maintenance technician in Traverse City
Hours:
7AM - 3:30 PM (Slow times)
5AM - 3:30 PM (Busy Times)
Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
Conduct welding and plumbing tasks as needed.
Troubleshoot then repair electrical systems, including wiring.
Maintain and repair pneumatic systems.
Utilize computer systems for maintenance records and work orders.
Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
3+ Years of experience
Proficiency in welding, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems and basic computer skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
