In this role, you will help design and deliver innovative web-based systems and SaaS products, enhancing workplace experiences through data-driven insights. You'll work alongside a distributed team to optimize processes, improve workflows, and continuously build solutions that better serve our team and business.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver cutting-edge web-based systems and software as a service (SaaS)
Provide valuable insights into the workplace experience and drive improvements
Enable new processes and enhance existing workflows to optimize productivity
Collaborate proactively with a remote team to build and deliver new features
Write and review high-quality code while troubleshooting and resolving issues
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to help others grow
Contribute to project specifications, goal setting, and pushing tasks to completion
Connect to diverse data sources and create meaningful visualizations
Design and architect databases for connected systems
Contribute to refining internal working practices and provide tools to support efficient processes
Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you'll need expertise in at least two of the following areas:
Backend web service programming (Python, Node.js)
Web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Data analytics and statistical analysis
Natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and machine learning
Data visualization techniques
