THIS IS A LIVE-IN POSITION

Live-In Details: Guest house on the property.

Days: 5 days a week (Some weekends).

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Start time flexible but will work 40 hours. May work some overtime.

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, W2.

Additional Benefits: Medical, dental, Simple IRA, 

Start Date: ASAP.

A family in Jackson, WY is seeking a reliable housekeeper to help maintain their 18,000 sq. ft. home. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in caring for a large residence. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, laundry and ironing, household organization, inventory management, and light dog care. The family values someone trustworthy, proactive, and able to keep the home consistently clean and guest-ready. There are dogs in the home.

Main Work Duties: 

• Clean and maintain all areas of the 18,000 sq. ft. home.
• Laundry: wash, dry, fold, put away.
• Iron/steam as needed.
• Keep closets, pantries, and storage areas organized.
• Manage household cleaning inventory and restock supplies.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Light dog care: walks, feeding, refreshing water.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years experience has a housekeeper in a large home.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions precisely.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
