Housekeeper A lovely client is seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join their tenured team in Bridgehampton, New York. This is a full-time, year-round position with a focus on high-end, hands-on cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a proactive service mindset, and a collaborative spirit. The family is looking to hire immediately, but they are willing to wait for the right candidate who may be committed to a role until the end of the season. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive daily, deep, and seasonal cleaning of the residence, with special care for fine materials and surfaces Work collaboratively with other Housekeepers under the guidance of a House Manager Assist with laundry and the ironing of clothes and linens Help with household tasks like setting tables, meal prep, and clean-up when requested by the family's chef Run occasional household errands as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a housekeeper in a private, high-end home or as a yacht steward/stewardess. Excellent, verifiable references Outstanding hands-on cleaning skills with a strong eye for detail Ability to anticipate the family's needs while maintaining a professional and discreet presence. Strong English communication skills Service mindset and ability Enjoys a team-oriented environment Schedule: Off-season, Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The principals are happy to consider candidates who prefer and earlier start In-season, generally, Monday to Friday. Hours may vary to accommodate the family's schedule The ability to work some weekends to assist with entertaining is essential during the summer season Compensation: Excellent base compensation of $50-$60/hour depending on experience and qualifications A comprehensive benefits package including an annual discretionary bonus, fully paid health insurance, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance, paid holidays, PTO, etc. #indmps
