As a Houseperson, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our casino spaces, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:Perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the casino, including gaming floors, public spaces, restrooms, and common areas
Ensure all cleaning activities meet established standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure a coordinated effort in maintaining a clean and orderly environment
Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
Provide assistance to guests with inquiries or requests related to cleanliness and maintenance
Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
