Job Description

Savannah, GA civil site company is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team! These are full-time, permanent, year-round positions in the Savannah area.

Pay: $18-$25/hr depending on skillset, 10-15hrs OT per week average, production bonuses.


Hours: Normal hours are M-F, 7 am-5 pm.

• Heavy Equipment Operators: excavator, bulldozer, rollers, rubber tire, skid steer, front end loader.
• Excavator Operators can dig grade and lay storm drains with the excavator.
• Fine grade operators: fine grade with a Motor Grader and/or bulldozer, familiar with using GPS but capable of doing the job without GPS, proficient in shooting and figuring grades.
• Pipelayers: specifically storm drains.
• Laborers: outdoor laborer experience is preferred but not required.
• Foreman: must be able to read blueprints, operate GPS, shoot and figure grade, lay storm drain with an excavator, be able to rough and fine grade with a dozer, and complete a job without supervision.
