Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in painting caulking window cleaning pressure washing or related trades.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (including 32 ladders) and work outdoors for up to 8 hours per day.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders lifts and suspended scaffolding with good balance and stability.
• Customer-service oriented with a willingness to assist clients and maintain a positive professional attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
• Effective team player who contributes to the overall success of the team.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills efficiently.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English.
• Ideally resides near West Los Angeles (most projects are located in that area).
• Prior experience in window cleaning pressure washing gutter cleaning repairs caulking painting or similar services is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform work at residential commercial and industrial properties based on 3 key priorities Safety-Quality-Efficiency (Work: Window cleaning pressure washing gutter cleaning painting caulking dusting and other)
• Operate soft-washing equipment and rig in support of cleaning drone operation
• Following company policies safety and quality standards
• Customer service and communication
• Organization and management of the company equipment
• Driving company van to jobs
• Ability to be timely
• Effective team work and cooperation
• Following directions
