Job Description

Join a mission-driven, fast-growing company in the ed-tech space, committed to leveling the playing field in education. This is an exciting opportunity to join a venture-backed startup early and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge platform that is making a difference in education and technology.

Since our launch in 2019, we've empowered over 200 million students, helping them gain confidence in STEM subjects—from algebra to quantum mechanics and beyond. We've built the world's largest STEM video library and raised over $26M in Series A funding. Our goal is to become the #1 ed-tech learning platform globally.

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to help drive our growth and revenue. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product team, leadership, and key stakeholders to achieve ambitious revenue goals. If you're eager to have a significant impact on a rapidly scaling company that aims to bring tutoring benefits to 2 billion students worldwide, this is the perfect role for you.

You'll be responsible for optimizing the entire revenue funnel. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about being a key contributor to a dynamic team focused on driving meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the growth strategy to achieve company goals.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement and manage growth initiatives.
Optimize the revenue funnel with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Required Skills:

Strong analytical skills with a focus on key metrics and data analysis to guide decision-making.
High creativity and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and run tests.
Experience in marketing, product development, and improving user experience to optimize product-market fit.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, fostering collaboration and driving toward shared goals.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of proven experience in growth product management, particularly within consumer subscription startups.
Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders on growth objectives.
An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a "startup" environment.
Willingness to dive into the details to understand what strategies work and what doesn't.
This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and practical execution. You'll need to experiment quickly and iterate on strategies to find what best drives product growth. Additionally, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features, user needs, and business objectives.
