Job Summary:
You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Depending upon the particular outside service position, the responsibilities will always include the providing of world class service to the members and guests. This group is responsible for greeting, educating, informing, directing the guests and thanking them for their business. You will be providing golf bag attendant services, providing exceptional quality golf cart service, outstanding practice area experience, exceptional bag storage service, and club cleaning service following the round. Responsible for creating the first and last impression of a visit, these positions are critical to our goals. It is the responsibility of the outside service staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful under any and all circumstances.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20.70/hr 

• Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 

• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Show up on time and ready to work when scheduled.
• Meet members/guests at bag drop and say hello to every member/guest arriving on property.
• Meet members/guests at the conclusion of their round, clean their clubs, thank them for coming.
• Help all members/guests load and unload golf bags from their cars.
• Never leave bag stand unattended.
• Ensure golf club rental sets are complete, clean, ready for guest round, and inventoried at end of round.\
• Responsible for cleaning golf carts. Golf carts are to remain: spotless at all times, coolers are clean and sanitized, sand and seed bottles are filled, towels are clean and folded, tees are stocked, score cards and pencils are stocked.
• Responsible for collecting, cleaning and stocking golf balls on driving range.
• You must be committed to superior guest service and quality standards. As a team member of your department, you play a key role in ensuring the team’s success and achievement of meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations. Our goal is to receive a minimum of 95% on our member survey.
• All duties relate to greeting golfers, handling golf bags, providing golf cart and range service and attending their clubs at the completion of the round.
• Communicate with pro-shop as to traffic status to anticipate and prepare for guest needs.
• Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures as they relate to golf, equipment rental, membership services and guest service programs.
• Keep all golfer supplies stocked (tees, markers, scorecards, pencils, repair tools).
• Keep all exterior clubhouse areas including golf shop/restaurant entrances clean and to maintenance standards. Regularly patrol parking areas, walkways, and staging areas for trash and debris. Check locker rooms and restrooms hourly, clean per standards.
• Notify Head Pro immediately of any member and guest complaints. If possible, assist them in a prompt and courteous manner.
• All employees will actively participate in training, observe company policies and procedures, and promote all company values relative to protecting the natural environment.
• Comply with company uniform and grooming standards.
• Notify Club Manager immediately of any injuries to co-workers or guests that arise or any incidents relating to harassment of any kind.
• Cart attendants are not allowed to sit in golf carts unless they are moving them to and from cart storage or performing an assigned task.
• Assist banquet operations when directed (setting chairs up on driving range, prepare venue space, etc).
• Other duties as assigned.
