Position Overview

In this role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our print marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and booked appointments, while collaborating with teams and vendors, analyzing performance, and optimizing for continuous improvement.
  • Franchisee Support & Training: Lead onboarding and training calls for new franchisees, provide ongoing educational sessions, and offer marketing consultations to support franchisee success and productivity.
  • Brand & Communication Management: Collaborate with the creative team to manage brand guidelines, ensure franchisee alignment with marketing strategies, and actively engage in cross-brand initiatives within the HorsePower Brands marketing community.
  • Operational Management: Develop and document systems to streamline marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the brand. Oversee key functions including budgeting, analytics, lead generation, reputation management, website strategy, and event execution. Support local franchisee initiatives and collaborate across departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic about engaging in high levels of collaboration and attending meetings.
  • Excellent B2B customer service and communication skills.
  • GED or high school diploma.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
