Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Receiving and documenting food merchandise for delivery or return.
• Keeping an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged goods and immediately notify the supervisor.
• Ensuring that all the cakes, pies, and cheesecakes are safely and securely packed, sealed, and labeled for shipping or delivery.
• Managing all food merchandise with appropriate care to ensure the quality of all products.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Limit downtime and use time to prepare for more products or to pack and clean the line. Downtime that is the result of mechanical failure, missing packaging, etc. should be reported to the lead or supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of all packing equipment. Equipment and work areas must be kept organized, clean, and sanitary throughout the shift. The end of the shift requires the removal of any waste and garbage created during the shift. 
• Must have a Florida food handling certificate or be able to complete the course within 30 days of you're start date.
• Follow all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
• Two weeks of paid training provided.
