Field Service Technician – Remote

We are looking for a driven, technically capable Field Service Technician to provide remote support for advanced automated packaging and material handling equipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining uninterrupted operations for customers such as large-scale distribution centers and healthcare fulfillment operations. The technician will deliver real-time troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and escalation support for tension-based automation systems .

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Solid understanding of PLC programming and industrial control systems
• Exposure to tension-based automation, servo-driven equipment, or print-and-apply technology is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to guide remote personnel and document technical issues effectively
• Willingness and ability to work overnight hours and participate in an on-call rotation when required

Education and Experience

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum of two years supporting industrial automation systems, ideally within packaging or material handling operations

Work Environment and Schedule

• Fully remote role requiring consistent availability during third-shift hours
• Occasional travel may be required for training or on-site assistance (less than 10%)
• Must maintain a dependable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
