Catholic Cemeteries of NE Kansas is seeking diligent individuals to join our teams mission to respectfully and professionally inter those no longer with us. We offer excellent pay and benefits including a retirement investment plan. Compensation starts at $19.00/hr. Schedule is Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with Saturday’s required Saturday hours vary.
Job Description
Preparing and taking down of graveside services. This includes digging and closing of the grave as well as set up and take down of tents and chairs.
Preparing and closing mausoleum vaults and cremation niches.
Setting markers and headstones.
Grounds keeping.
Vehicle and equipment maintenance.
General maintenance of office buildings and mausoleums.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Job Requirements
Background check required
Valid Driver's license with minimal infractions
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs. frequently.
Must be able to work solo and with a team.
Must be able to work outdoors.
Experience with back hoe’s, skid steer loaders, and other equipment is preferred but training is available.
Property maintenance and grounds keeping experience is preferred but training is available..
