Are you a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with a passion for high-risk obstetrics? Join our Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) team in the Phoenix metro area and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients with complex needs.

This provider will work closely with our team of fellows, residents, and physicians. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, dedicated to providing excellent care, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide extensions to all providers on service, rounding on post-partum patients, triaging Emergency Department OB patients and providing appropriate treatments and procedures, assisting with timely discharges, and ensuring that the department continues to function at a high level.

Position Highlights:

  • Collaborate closely with MFM physicians in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Provide expert care to high-risk obstetric patients across multiple clinic locations
  • Support continuity of care and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach
  • Opportunity to engage in academic and clinical excellence within a leading healthcare system

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with L&D, NICU, or applicable RN background will be considered
  • Current Board Certification
  • Current Arizona License
  • Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
  • Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
  • Independent, but collaborative: willing to teach and act as a mentor

Position Details:

  • Full-Time M-F, with some flexibility
  • Average 15–20 patients per day
  • 1.0 fte (36 hours patient facing time per week)

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization focused on innovation and compassionate care
  • Work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth
  • Serve a diverse patient population in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country

If you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that values collaboration and excellence, we want to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of maternal-fetal care.
