This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting executives by managing their schedules and preparing vital reports that support decision-making processes. Your expertise will also be leveraged to conduct research and prepare documentation, ensuring that the organization's operational needs are met efficiently. This project will last approximately 3 to 4 weeks and offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work asynchronously. Your contributions will significantly impact the understanding of Administrative and Support Services within the AI field.

Accountabilities

• Manage executive schedules and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, memos, and financial statements using office software
• Coordinate office services, budget preparation, and departmental finances
• Conduct research and prepare papers for executives and boards

Requirements

• 5+ years full-time work experience in Administrative and Support Services
• Native-level English skills
• U.S. residency
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement

Benefits

• Hourly pay: $29 – $44, commensurate with experience and project fit
• Paid weekly based on approved hours
