Location: Cleveland, OH (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our events department, the Events Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to conclusion.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to secure event logistics and details.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, including programs, invitations, and signage.
• Support on-site event management, including set-up, registration, and post-event breakdown.
• Maintain event budgets and assist in financial tracking to ensure all expenses are accounted for.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and vendor interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
