Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring each event runs smoothly from concept to completion, delivering exceptional experiences that align with our clients’ goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the coordination of event logistics, timelines, and vendor communications
- Support the Events Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Handle on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met
- Maintain accurate records and post-event reports
- Source materials and coordinate with venues, caterers, and suppliers
- Monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues as needed
Qualifications **Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
