Job Description: ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team! As an integral part of our organization, you will have the exciting opportunity to plan, execute, and oversee various events from conception to completion. Your role will entail collaborating with clients and vendors to craft memorable experiences tailored to their needs and objectives. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage event concepts, budgets, and timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audio/visual requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Create event marketing materials and promote events through various channels
• Oversee event execution to ensure all aspects are running smoothly

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
