Job Description
The Event Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that align with our clients’ goals and brand identity. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute fresh ideas and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.
Responsibilities
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and scheduling.
Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event evaluation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
Maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
Handle administrative tasks related to event operations and reporting.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
