Job Title: Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Estimator to join our growing team. In this key role, you will assess vehicle damage, calculate repair costs, communicate clearly with customers and insurance companies, and help ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong knowledge of vehicle structures, and a passion for service excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and assess all areas of vehicle damage requiring repair, replacement, or repainting
Accurately estimate labor and parts costs needed for repairs
Complete and submit insurance documentation to reflect repair cost estimates
Communicate with customers in a clear, professional, and respectful manner
Explain the damage, repair process, timelines, and insurance details
Create and input repair work orders into CollisionRight’s system
Maintain detailed records of all repairs and communications
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in the collision repair industry, with a solid understanding of repair techniques and materials
Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures and component replacements (e.g., fenders, doors, windshields)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially when working with insurance providers and customers
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 70 pounds
Physical agility required for climbing, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and maneuvering around vehicles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
