Job Description

The base salary for this position is $14.00 hourly plus commission.

As an Esthetician within our hotel, you will focus on welcoming our guests into our spa facility while providing exceptional spa services that focus on the service standards of an Auberge Spa facility.

• Perform Esthetician services including facials and body treatments of various durations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Assess guest needs, provide skin care education, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment environment and adhere to product control guidelines.
• Promote and upsell Spa services and retail products while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Work collaboratively with other departments and adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Stay current with resort events and promotions, and participate in employee and community relations functions as required.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education:

• Must be a licensed Esthetician in the state of Hawaii.
• High school graduate required.

Experience:

• Minimum two years of experience as an Esthetician preferred.
• CIDESCO certification.
• Prior experience in any of the related areas of body technician, massage therapist, fitness/health care or hospitality setting is preferred.
