The Role
As a Software Engineer (Java Developer), you'll design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software solutions, enhancing existing capabilities. You'll provide Tier III support, perform testing and debugging, and collaborate within an Agile team. This role offers engagement with modern tools in a dynamic work setting focused on delivering high-quality results. This location is 100% ONSITE in Annapolis Junction, MD and salaries for qualified candidates can range from 95k-180k.
What You'll Bring
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on similar projects may be substituted for a degree.
- Experience with Java development.
- Experience with JMS.
- Database experience such as Mongo or MySQL.
- Experience developing scalable solutions, applicable to both large- and small-scale platforms.
- Experience working on teams of software developers and integrators.
Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with Polygraph required (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration (uncleared or under-cleared applicants will not receive a response).
