We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and help bring impactful nonprofit events and outreach campaigns to life.

As an Event Assistant , you’ll support a variety of community-based events—from charity fundraisers to awareness campaigns. You’ll work alongside experienced coordinators and nonprofit partners to ensure every event runs smoothly and connects with the public in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of nonprofit and community events
Help manage event logistics including registration, signage, and volunteer coordination
Interact with attendees to share campaign messages and nonprofit goals
Maintain organized event materials and accurate supporter information
Support team members with on-site coordination and problem-solving
Attend team training sessions in event planning, communication , and outreach strategy
