Event Planning & Execution: Assist with event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and managing attendee flow to ensure smooth event operations.
Brand Representation: Serve as a friendly and professional representative at events, effectively communicating our mission, values, and messaging.
Community & Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, influencers, and event participants to expand brand awareness.
Attendee Engagement: Engage with attendees by answering questions, distributing promotional materials, and providing event-related information.
Feedback Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze attendee feedback to measure event success and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required.
Experience: No professional experience necessary; internships, volunteer work, or academic projects in event marketing or PR are a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
