As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager Trainee , you’ll learn every aspect of business leadership and campaign management:
Learn the essentials of business operations, marketing strategy, and client relations
Support live events, fundraising efforts, and community campaigns
Help monitor team performance and contribute to achieving campaign goals
Build and maintain relationships with clients, donors, and event attendees
Lead by example in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

No prior management experience required — full paid training provided
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or athletics is a plus, but not required
