The schedule is Monday-Friday 10:00-7:00, as well as rotating Saturdays. After the initial training period onsite (several weeks), you will have the option to work a hybrid schedule.
Summary: Digital Support Specialist provides service to members of the credit union by opening accounts (phone and online request), monitoring and responding to e-communications (chat, email, secure messaging), and daily management of Mobile Deposits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews Mobile Deposits and monitors for “red flags” to mitigate fraud
Responds to members’ electronic messages
Owns the member experience by recommending credit union products and services to existing members
Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions
Opens and maintains accounts

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience required
Bilingual/Spanish-speaking highly preferred

Computer/Software Skills:
~ Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs with ability to learn new software programs
