North Star Delivery is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that operates out of the Amazon warehouse in Venice FL.
We are currently expanding our team of Delivery Associates (DA’s) and looking for candidates that posses thew following qualities:
— Dependable - Teamwork
— Strong work ethic - Enthusiastic
— Customer obsessed - Positive attitude
Additionally, candidates MUST:
— Have a valid driver license and a clean driving record going back 5 years
— Pass a 5-panel drug test
— Be at least 21 years old
— Be able to deliver packages weighing up to 50Lbs
— Posses the capability to use a handheld technology for GPS navigation, scanning and conducting administrative requirements
— Keep pace in a physically demanding position which includes climbing in/out of the vehicle 150+ times per day while delivering 250+ packages
— Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
— NO Industry experience required
— No CDL License required
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
— Arrive to work on time
— load out your vehicle without assistance prior to dispatch
— Safely operate your delivery vehicle
— Complete quality deliveries with a laser focus safety protocol at all times
— Consistently meet customer expectations by making sure that ALL deliveries are made on-time, with a smile, safely and to the correct location
