About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and build predictive models that drive strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in leveraging data to solve business challenges and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

· Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and data-driven solutions.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate insights.

· Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand objectives and deliver data-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

· 1+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role (more or less depending on level).

· Proficiency in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.

· Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).

· Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.

· Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
