Provides administrative, clerical, and customer service support to the ABSM and site team. Ensures office and system tasks are completed accurately and on time. Supports the site move/transition by helping keep work areas organized, clean, and ready for relocation while coordinating basic move-related logistics.
Move / Transition Support
Supports move readiness by organizing and packing files/materials, labeling items, and maintaining a move checklist to track progress and ensure spaces are move-ready (clean, staged, and prepared).
Coordinates move-related items as directed, including communicating with vendors, supporting badge/access coordination, and assisting with signage updates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
