Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress toward the Product Support & Insights team's goals.
  • Leverage internal and external data to derive actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions and drive growth.
  • Consult with project owners to calculate quantifiable impact and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement new metrics to highlight the impact of our work on customer support and issue prevention.
  • Establish and maintain proper data logging and tracking processes for new initiatives.
  • Create detailed metric views to provide quick insights into key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to leadership on performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations and identify future opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving data table and pipeline issues.
  • Skilled in crafting compelling narratives with data to convey key findings and trends.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
  • More than 3 years of hands-on SQL experience (creating and updating queries).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or packages in R/Python.
  • Experience with reporting systems and data pipeline architecture.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in an analytical field.
  • Experience with Customer Operations or Scaled Services.
  • Experience extracting data from large/complex databases.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
