As we expand, we’re seeking Customer Service Representatives to be the compassionate, public-facing voices of change at live outreach events and campaigns.
This isn’t your typical customer service job. As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll engage face-to-face with the public at community events, pop-up activations, and live campaigns—informing, inspiring, and rallying support for incredible nonprofit causes.
Represent nonprofit and advocacy organizations at live outreach events
Communicate mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm
Build meaningful connections with community members, donors, and supporters
Collaborate with outreach and campaign teams to boost awareness and engagement
Serve as a professional and authentic ambassador for important social causes
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, or community involvement
Positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable working in fast-paced, face-to-face public environments
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required — paid, hands-on training provided
